How do I change or cancel my order?
• Need to modify or cancel your order? Email customer@samyla.com within 12 hours of receiving your order confirmation, including your order number.
• After 12 hours, changes or cancellations are not possible as your order may already be in processing or shipping. Once packed or shipped, it’s locked in—no exceptions, sorry!
What payment methods do you accept?
• We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through our secure payment processor.
• We do not accept personal checks, money orders, bank transfers, or cash on delivery (COD). Prepayment ensures our made-to-order process with Merchize runs smoothly.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
• Need to update your address? Email customer@samyla.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll review and confirm the change within 2-3 business days.
• After processing or shipping begins, the address cannot be changed. To avoid delivery delays, we recommend using your home address instead of a work address.
When will I get my tracking number?
• Your tracking number will be generated within 1-2 business days after your order is processed (see our Shipping Policy).
• Updates may take 5-7 business days to appear in the carrier’s system. If you don’t have a tracking number after 5 business days, or it shows “not available” after 3 business days, email customer@samyla.com—we’ll assist within 2-3 business days.
How do I track my order?
• It’s simple! Visit the “Track Your Order” page at the bottom of samyla.com, enter your tracking number, and check your order’s status in real-time.
How long does delivery take?
• Processing Time: Your custom Spare Tire Covers, Car Sun Shades, Car Seat Covers, or Car Floor Mats take 1-2 business days to process.
• Transit Times:
o United States: 3-6 business days (after processing)
o International: 20-25 business days (after processing)
• Note: Customs, holidays, or global conditions may add 10-15 business days to transit times. These are estimates—thank you for your patience!
How do I return an item?
• Not satisfied? Email customer@samyla.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We’ll review your request within 2-3 business days and provide return instructions.
• Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging. Check for final sale items in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
• Prices on samyla.com are in USD and exclude taxes. You may be responsible for duties or taxes upon delivery, as determined by your local customs office.
• These costs are your responsibility—we do not cover them or delays caused by customs. Contact your local customs office for more details.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
• Currently, expedited shipping is not available. We’re using standard shipping options—check our Shipping Policy for details.
When will I receive my refund?
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card) within 2-3 business days after we approve your return (processed within 2-3 business days of receipt).
• Bank delays may add 10-15 business days. If you don’t see your refund after 15 business days, check with your bank, then email customer@samyla.com—we’ll respond within 2-3 business days.
Why hasn’t my tracking status updated?
• Don’t worry—your order is likely on its way! Tracking updates can lag due to:
o Scanning delays between carrier hubs.
o No updates during transit between countries (updates resume at the destination).
o Some flat-rate shipping options lack tracking unless added at checkout.
• Most orders arrive within 15-25 business days. If there’s no update after 10 business days, email customer@samyla.com—we’ll investigate within 2-3 business days.
