At Samyla, we’re committed to ensuring your Spare Tire Covers, Car Sun Shades, Car Seat Covers, and Car Floor Mats meet your expectations. Returns

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from delivery (per tracking) to request a return. Requests after 30 days will be denied.
Eligibility: Your accessory must:
o Be unused and in the same condition as received.
o Include all tags and original packaging.
o Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return:

  1. Email customer@samyla.com with your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and, if approved, provide a prepaid shipping label (free) and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship to the designated address (see below).
  4. Email us the tracking number at customer@samyla.com to confirm receipt.
    Note: Unapproved returns will not be accepted—always wait for our email approval! International returns (outside the US) may take 20-25 days in transit, plus customs processing.

Damages and Issues

Report: Inspect your order upon arrival. If your accessory is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at customer@samyla.com.
Process:
o Send clear photos of the issue to customer@samyla.com.
o We’ll provide a prepaid return label (we cover the cost).
o Using your own carrier? We can’t refund those shipping costs.
Resolution: After inspection, we’ll email you about your refund or replacement within 2-3 business days.

Exchanges

• We don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your accessory for a refund, then place a new order at samyla.com. This ensures you get what you want as quickly as possible.
• Before ordering, double-check your design, size, and details. We don’t accept returns for issues like selecting the wrong item or shipping address.

Refunds

Amount: For approved returns:
o Partial Return: Refund matches the item’s price.
o Full Order Return: Refund equals the total paid, including original shipping (if charged).

Process:

o We’ll process your refund within 2-3 business days of receiving your return at our facility.
o Refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal, bank card) - we’ll email to confirm, just reply to wrap it up.
Late or Missing Refunds: Bank delays may add 10-15 business days. If you don’t see your refund after 15 days, email customer@samyla.com—we’ll respond within 2-3 business days.

o Only include Samyla accessories in your return—we’re not responsible for non-Samyla items.
